Participation in any of our programs implies that you acknowledge the inherent risks associated with water-based activities and agree to follow all safety protocols as instructed by our certified team.

Clients are required to provide accurate personal information and medical disclosures prior to booking any sessions or courses. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any activity due to weather conditions or safety concerns. In such cases, clients will be notified in advance and alternative arrangements will be offered.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. M'Diq Diving collects only the information necessary for booking, communication, and service improvements. This includes your name, email, contact number, and any relevant medical conditions. We do not share or sell your data to third parties.

All payment transactions are processed securely. We implement standard security protocols to protect your data and ensure your personal details remain confidential. You may request the deletion of your account or personal data at any time by contacting our support team.

Booking & Cancellation Policy

Bookings can be made through our online platform or on-site. All bookings must be confirmed with full payment or a deposit. Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 48 hours in advance to receive a refund or credit. No-shows or last-minute cancellations are not eligible for refunds.

If you are unable to attend a session due to medical reasons, please provide valid documentation and we will accommodate a reschedule where possible. In the event of session cancellation by M'Diq Diving, clients will be offered either a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
