Our Services – Usage and Conditions

Our swimming and diving sessions are conducted by certified professionals who prioritize safety, education, and fun. All participants must complete a health declaration and safety briefing before joining any activity. We reserve the right to refuse participation if a customer does not meet the physical or safety requirements necessary.

M'Diq Diving is not liable for injuries or accidents caused by personal negligence or violation of safety rules. Customers are expected to follow instructor guidance at all times. Any misconduct or dangerous behavior may result in immediate dismissal without refund.

Booking, Cancellation & Refund Policy

Bookings can be made through our website or directly at our center. A confirmation email will be sent upon successful reservation. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund. Late cancellations or no-shows are not eligible for refunds.

If we cancel a session due to weather conditions or other safety issues, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule. Changes to bookings are accepted up to 24 hours prior to your session depending on availability. For any concerns or questions, our customer service team is available to assist you.
